"I had an appointment with Codee this afternoon. Although things started a little rough concerning whether I'd be seen by her or by another office staff, it all worked itself out. In the end I was happy with the products offered and was upgraded on my policy. By the way there is an ice cream store right next to this location. That's a plus."

"Called Desy Valesquec due to a problem. I received an email from NVDMV regarding my motorhome NOT being insured. In a matter of just a few days she found the problem (a 2 in the VIN on the insurance verification that should have been a "Z".) Problem fixed and both NVDMV and I are very happy!"
