"I have been with Cody Clark for years! And every year I swear it just gets better and better! "What a nightmare. Had to remove vehicles that I do not own out of my billing account. Emailed them no response. Text them no response. Called them no one picks up. I’ve been out of the country for several months and it’s already a hassle to call overseas so I got new auto insurance with a different company then text them again to cancel my insurance but still no response. Had to call State Farm directly just for them to tell me I have to talk to my agent. I let them know I couldn’t get a hold of my agent so they made a call to my agent office and all of a sudden they picked up the phone."

It sounds like your situation involved multiple agents and a shared policy with another person, which unfortunately led to some confusion with account access and visibility across different offices. That said, we take full responsibility for any delay in our communication. We never want our clients to feel unheard, especially when you're trying to reach us from overseas. "Hi, Am a client of State Farms Cody W. Clark. I had to go in to the office today to clear up this new bill cycle issue and Claire Calvsrio was the most attend agent she took time to hear me as I was upset her way calm me down and she went as for as to get billing department on the phone to get the situation clear up before I left the office. Unfortunately I had to leave but she insure me she wouldn't get off the phone till everything was handle. So I said all that to say She the best agent and stae farm is luck to have her on there team. "After selling my vehicle, I reached out to update my policy and I was informed and helped to do so very quickly. Instead of just taking the vehicle off my policy, I was offered much better and more cheaper solution. I’m able to save around $30-$40 a month due to this suggestion made by a representative."

"I had received a letter from State Farm saying that it was about time to review my homeowners insurance. Since it has been almost 10 years, I contacted my agent and set up an appointment with Dezy. She took the time to look over everything and informed me that all was good !! Including chatting with her for a few minutes, the whole interaction was completed in less than 20 minutes !!
